Hopi ear candling (AKA thermal-auricular therapy), is an alternative therapy that involves placing a hollow candle into the ear canal and lighting it. This creates a gentle vacuum that draws out earwax and impurities from the ear helping to relieve sinus congestion, tinnitus, and headaches.
Ear seeding is a type of auriculotherapy. It's a non-invasive treatment that involves placing small seeds or beads on specific points on the ear to stimulate different parts of the body.
